About the maintenance items of filling machine during spring festival holiday

During the holiday period of spring festival,some customers may stop to use Huixin filling machines,in order to keep the filling machines work normally under in the good condition,please kindly note notice:
1. maintenance the machines before holiday:
(1) cleaning the balance surface and keep it no deposit.
Cleaning the bottom of balance and keep it no sundries.
keep the good surrounding environment.
If the balance with foundation pit and Shallow foundation pit,you should keep the drainage facility unblocked and prevent the water from flow backward.
(2) cleaning the pipeline,filtering and outlet valves.
Ensure no residue material in the filling machine pipeline.
cleaning the temporary tank.
(3) cleaning the roller if the machines with roller conveyor and put on lubricant to protect.
(4) Close the air source and discharged the filtrated water from oil-water separator.
(5) Disconnect the power supply circuit, prevent thunder serial-in from the power cord and damage the filling machines.
(6) Keep the machine appearance cleaning and placed the filling machines in ventilated place to prevent moisture.
2. The use notes after holidays.
(1) After holidays,the machines should be started to use after half an hour on electrify status.
(2) Check whether the earth wire is good(Including electrostatic eliminating grounding clip)
(3) Ajust the trigeminy part and check whether the air pressure is normal.
Ajust the air pressure in the required range of filling machine.
Check the air cylinder,ball valve condition and ensure they are operated steadily and unimpeded
Listening to the sounds and check the tracheal joint whether with compressed air leaks or not.If have air leaks,please cut the air outlet to be flat and insert the air pipe again.
(4) Resart the machine after half an hour on electrify and ensure no sundries on the balance.The monitor show zero position,otherwise need to recalibration.
(5) Check the weighing accuracy and repeatability.
Repeat weighing several times with the same weight,and the weight should be consistent,otherwise need to correction again.
