JHAO-FT001 automatic powder packing machine for valve bags is designed with frequency converting function a nd electrical automatic weighing system. It is controlled by PLC a nd can offer one-off packing solution for ultrafine powder. It is featured with accurate weighing a nd no dust. It is fed by speed changing spiral which can be full spiral a nd semi-spiral models.

Full spiral model can feed material directly to bags a nd is mainly designed for packing materials with high specific gravity, very poor flowability, a nd high viscosity a nd density, for instance: titanium dioxide, wet zirconium silicate, mica powder, barium sulfate precipitated, small granular powder, dry-mixed mortar, sealant a nd so on.

Semi spiral model delivers material indirectly to packing bags by high-speed frequency changing spiral a nd supplementary air. It is mainly designed for materials at 325-2500 eyes with good flowability a nd not easy to block. For instance: heavy calcium carbonate,  heavy barium sulfate, quartz powder, starch, zinc calcium a nd magnesium stearate, stabilizer, sumatriptan, toner, magaldrate a nd so on.
