JHAO-FT002 vacuum powder packing machine is comprised of vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum room, a nd bag-type filter. It sucks materials into the bag inside vacuum room by the pressure difference between vacuum room a nd feeding device, achieving packing in vacuum a nd sealed status. It totally solves the pollution problem in packing powdery material of big volume but low specific gravity. It can monitor the negative pressure of 90Kpa negative pressure room a nd pack by integrated vacuum weighing system with PLC. The man-machine interactive interface can offer fully automatic operation. It bears the feature of fast packing, accurate weighing a nd no powder dust.

It is mainly applied in the production a nd package change of fumed silica, precipitation silica, silicon dioxide a nd other powdery materials of big volume but low specific gravity.
