Working Principle:

1. Input raw material (by pump or vacuum suction form) into dispersing/grinding kettle

2. Turn on mid a nd low dispersing agitators during the input process

3. Adjust the dispersing agitators to the highest speed after all the raw materials are input into the kettle, so as to achieve the best dispersing/ shearing effect.

4. Turn on the basket mill after all the materials are well mixed, change the rotation speed a nd open a nd stop time according to the material properties a nd product requirements.

5. The products through dispersing/grinding could achieve mixing a nd fine effect, then to be sucked into the multifunctional kettle by pump or vacuum suction.

6. After the products are threw into the multifunctional kettle, if needed to add other raw material (like thickeners), could turn on one low-speed mixing agitator (could equipped with scraping unit) a nd two groups of high-speed dispersing agitators, the strong mixing force is acting on the materials, so as to reach well mixed effect quickly.

7. The design pressure is -0.1～0.4Mpa, could equipped with vacuum pump. The viscous materials could be discharged out by pressure after production operation.

8. Equipped with Automatic Filling Machine, could greatly reduce labor intensity a nd improve filling efficiency a nd accuracy.
