Constructure characteristic：
This mixer includes: host, up and down system, Low speed mixing system, high speed dispersing system,Mixing kettle, clamping device and electric control system, There is vacuum seal system for vacuum function.

Working princple：
There are high speed dispersing and low speed mixing double mixing system in the vessel, The main shaft is at center of vessel , it is concentric double shaft, The speed of high speed dispersing shaft is adjustable via inverter, and tooth type dispersing disc work with material high shearing force and let material move at shaft direction. The low speed shaft scratch the material near to vessel wall, and move material on cutting direction slowly. There are scraper on mixing shaft which can scratch material on vessel wall. This kind of cooperation system make the material crisscross, and get effective dispersing and mixing.
