Automatically putting barrels into position, automatic barrel positioning and clamping, the main axle automatically rotating, automatic feeding and automatically giving back the barrel and returning the empty barrel, and automatically measuring the discharged material. The whole process is automatically controlled by PLC program. It is easy to operate and crushing speed is very fast and highly proficient

Feature：
HX2008PSJ and HX2009PSJ breaking system are designed according to actual use of customer factories. It can be operated by two persons and has PLC (human-machine interface) automatic controlling.  It brings in good working environment and is with explosion-proof function. It is an ideal machine for the plants using barrel packed solid polyester polyols.
